Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. We know life happens. You can pause your subscription or cancel with 14 days notice. Just send us an email and we’ll take care of it.
Q: Do I need to provide my own vases?
We offer both options. You can use your own vessels, or we can include a vase with your subscription. Certain tiers include vessel rental or upgrades — we’ll review this with you during sign-up.
Q: What if I’m not home during delivery?
We’ll place your flowers in a safe, shaded spot and text you when they’ve arrived. For businesses, we’ll deliver within your agreed-upon delivery window. For BNB’s we are often provided with a code (similar to cleaning companies) to access and deliver arrangements.
Q: Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently serve Indianapolis and nearby surrounding areas from our Atelier location. If you’re unsure, reach out with your zip code and we’ll confirm!
Q: Are the arrangements different each week?
Yes! We work with seasonal product, so your designs change week to week while staying within your preferred color palette and style.
Q: Is there a minimum commitment?
We recommend a 3-month minimum to fully enjoy the experience, but we’re happy to help you find the option that fits your needs.
